We currently offer limited customisation options. Please contact us if you have a specific request, we're happy to help where we can.

We provide detailed sizing charts for all our clothing items to help you choose the correct size. Since each piece is made to order, please ensure you refer to the chart associated with each product. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Gentle washes, air drying, and mindful storage go a long way. Each item includes specific care instructions for best results.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed.

At Leaping Fox, all our products are made to order, which means it takes a little extra time to get everything just right. After your order is processed within 1–2 business days, printing and preparation can take a bit more time. Once your order is with our shipping courier, they will be able to provide an estimated delivery date based on your location. Like the fox, we ask for your patience before the leap. Rest assured, adventure will come soon enough.

While we’re working to expand our range, not all products are available for international shipping at the moment. Due to varying laws, tax rates, and import duties, we can’t always ship to every country, we're growing and hope to be able to serve more locations in the future.

We can make changes if your order hasn’t yet started print production. Contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Unfortunately we do not support returns, since they are custom-made for each order. However, if there is a defect or issue with the product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss potential solutions such as a replacement or refund.

Send us a photo and your order number, after we’ve verified the defect, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
